Yours is definitely the classiest cover, Roger. In fact I have to confess to total book cover envy whenever I see it!

Thanks Sarah! That's why I have to go round turning it out in bookshops whenever I find it tucked away on the shelves. I'm just trying to share the cover design with people - in a selfless way, you understand.
