It's consumer friendy but not reader friendly. But it's also much better than before in terms of being "individual" as opposed to simply an "off shoot" of Amazon.
Now though, to write a "reader review" you have to log in and give up your credit/debit card details, just the same as if you'd bought something and created a "reader account"...
If they want to go "exclusive" they can, and without me, and without many others of like minds.
